Using an SVRM-100A
Remote Control Unit
(Not Supplied)

An SVRM-100A connected to the REMOTE 1
connector on the front panel allows you to control the
unit remotely. You can mark indexes and search for the
desired indexes using the jog/shuttle dial.
This section describes the location and function of parts
and search operations that you can carry out using the
SVRM-100A.

Location and Function of Parts

This section describes the functions used for operating
the unit. The buttons on the SVRM-100A corresponding
to ones on the unit have the same function.

FREEZE button
Outputs the FREEZE command.

INDEX button
Outputs the INDEX command.
When you press this button once, the unit enters in
the index scan mode. When you press this button
twice, the unit enters in the index search mode.

MARK button
Outputs the MARK command.

Outputs the ERASE command.
