5. Thread the cover tape up
through the cover tape path and
attach it to the Cover Tape
Take-Up Reel. Advance the tape
as necessary.
NOTE: A small piece of adhesive
tape may be needed to stick the
cover tape to the Take-Up Reel.
6. Turn the Take-Up Reel to take up
slack cover tape.
Align the tape pockets as described
in the following procedure.
