Connecting a Docking Station
Alternatively, you can disconnect the docking station from the computer as follows:
1 Click Start, the arrow next to the Shut down button, and Undock.
2 Make sure that a message balloon appears and the IN USE indicator light turns off. Then unplug the Docking Station
connector from the computer.

To disconnect the docking station completely from AC power, unplug the AC adapter.
