Guide Conventions
In this guide, the following conventions are used
when describing phone features.
pÉäÉÅí means to press the iÉÑí=зйнбзе=Дмннзе ,
oáÖÜí=зйнбзе=Дмннзе , or lh key to select an
item seen on the display. For example, “Select
jÉåì ” tells you to physically press the iÉÑí=
зйнбзе=Дмннзе to choose jÉåì from the display.
mêÉëë means to press a phone key. For example,
“Press the pÉåÇ key to make a phone call” tells
you to physically press the pÉåÇ key on your
phone.
pÅêçää means to use the k~обЦ~нбзе key to move
though a list on the display. For example, “Scroll
through your contacts list to choose a contact”
means to physically press the
k~обЦ~нбзе key up
or down to scroll through the list on the display.
[ (greater than symbol) tells you to select an
option from a menu or list. For example,
“ jÉåì > qççäë=C=pÉííáåÖë ” means to:
1. Press the iÉÑí=зйнбзе=Дмннзе to select
jÉåì .
2. Scroll to the qççäë=C=pÉííáåÖë option.
3. Press the lh key to select qççäë=C=
pÉííáåÖë .
