Set Slide Sounds
1. From päáÇÉ=лзмеЗл , select päáÇÉ=зйЙе or
päáÇÉ=ЕдзлЙ .
2. Select a sound. (Scroll down the list to play
the sounds.)
Set Power On/Off Sounds
From mçïÉê=çåLçÑÑ=лзмеЗ , select bе~ДдЙЗ to
have your phone play the sound when turned on.
Set Key Volume
1. From hЙу=оздмгЙ , scroll right or left to set
the keypad volume.
2. Select p~îÉ .
Set Key Length
From hЙу=дЙеЦнЬ , select one of the following to
control your keypad tone duration:
•
kçêã~ä sets the keypad tones to normal
length.
• içåÖ sets the keypad tones to long length.
Set your TXT Tone
Use quq=нзеЙ to set your text message ringtone
with a preloaded or downloaded ringtone. See
“My ringtones” on page 42 for more information.
Enable Smart Volume
From pг~кн=оздмгЙ , select bе~ДдЙЗ to
automatically adjust the volume during a call,
based on surrounding noise levels.
Enable Minute Alert
From jáåìíÉ=~дЙкн , select bе~ДдЙЗ . Your phone
alerts you with a short beep ten seconds before
each minute passes during a call.
Set Earpiece Volume
1. From b~кйбЙЕЙ=оздмгЙ , scroll right or left
to set the earpiece volume.
2. Press the lh key to save.
Set Speakerphone Volume
1. From pйЙ~вЙкйЬзеЙ=оздмгЙ , scroll right
or left to set the speakerphone volume.
2. Select p~îÉ .
Convenience
Use this setting to make your phone more
convenient to use.
Set Date and Time
In Airplane mode, you can set the time and date
manually.
kçíÉW= You can only access pЙн=З~íÉLíáãÉ with
^бкйд~еЙ=гзЗЙ enabled.
1. From pЙн=З~íÉLíáãÉ , do the following to
change the date:
– Scroll left or right to move between the
month, day, and year fields.
– Scroll up or down to change the month,
day, and year.
2. Press the lh key to save the date.
