Job Viewer

In this screen, you can view job information and administer jobs by selecting a job
and selecting an action you want to apply from a menu or with an icon.
Main Item Sub Item Description
File Save history Downloads the log into the computer.
Clear Log Deletes all logs from the printing system.
Close Exits Job Viewer.
Job Detail Displays details of the selected job.
Cancel Cancels a job that is being processed,
waiting or pausing.
Refresh Updates the job list to the latest state.
View Tool bar Displays/Hides the toolbar.
Status bar Displays/Hides the status bar.
Help Displays the Help window.
Item Description
Status tab Displays the current status of the printing system.
Schedule tab Displays the schedule of jobs the printing system will
process.
Log tab Displays a log of printing, transmission, and saving
activities carried out by the printing system.
