Vacancies

in

the

post

of

chairman

shall

be

filled

by

vacancies

shall

filled

respective

nominating

Proceedings

shall

continue

from

stage

they

were

at

vacancy

occurred.

one

parties

refuses

fails

to

appoint

an

arbitrator

days

other

first

appointed

arbitrator

sole

proceedings
