Polling a Confidential Document from a Remote Station’s Mailbox
After you have been informed that someone has transmitted a confidential document to a remote station’s
mailbox, you can poll the confidential document from the remote station in the following way.

Dial by any one of the following methods:

Abbreviated Dialling

Manual Number Dialling

Directory Search Dialling

The confidential file will be erased automatically at the center station after being polled.
