Home - transport rollers engaged for processing
mail (normal)

Released

- trans port rollers disengaged so you

can clear a stalled mail piece

The machine won't process mail

when the lever is left in the released posi-
tion.

Feed Deck

Supports your envelope, post card or tape sheet
as it passes un der the printer mechanism

Moistener
(optional)

Applies sealing fluid to the envelope flap (you
can seal envelopes or leave them unsealed,
depending on how you feed them)
