My phone seems to turn off by itself

If a system error and reset occur, the
Centro automatically turns the phone on if
it was on before the reset. However, if the
Centro can’t determine if your phone was
on before the reset, the phone does not
automatically turn on (see Turning your
phone on and off). If the p
roblem persists
and you’re using third-party applications,
see Third-party applications for additional
suggestions.

My Centro makes or answers calls when
it’s in a bag or pocket

Items in your bag or pocket may be
pressing the onscreen Answer button or
otherwise activating screen items. If this
happens, be sure to press Power/End

to turn off the screen before placing your
Centro in a bag or pocket. You may also
want to disable the screen’s
touch-sensitive feature during incoming
calls (see Locking your screen).
