Conventions Used in This Manual

The following conventions are used in this manual:

Angle brackets containing numbers separated by an ellipsis represent a
range of values associated with a bit or signal name—for example,
DIO<3..0>.

This icon to the left of bold italicized text denotes a note, which alerts you
to important information.

This icon to the left of bold italicized text denotes a caution, which advises
you of precautions to take to avoid injury, data loss, or a system crash.

bold italic

Bold italic text denotes a note or caution.

italic

Italic text denotes a variable, emphasis, a cross reference, or an introduction
to a key concept.

SE

SE means referenced single ended (RSE).
