When the TIME indicator is lit, the main display will
show the time remaining in the program. When no
time remains in the program, the walking belt will
slow to a stop.
To stop the program momentarily, press the STOP
button. The main display will pause and the time
will begin to flash. To restart the program, press
the PROGRAM START button or the SPEED +
button. To end the program and reset the displays,
hold down the STOP button for two seconds.
Note: While a CUSTOM program is in progress,
the speed or incline setting of the current period
can be adjusted with the SPEED or INCLINE but-
tons. However, adjustments will not be stored in
memory. To reprogram the speed or incline set-
ting of the current period, press down the
RECORD button. The RECORD indicator will
light. Speed and incline settings can be repro-
grammed only when the indicator is lit. Adjust
the speed or incline setting of the current period
by pressing the SPEED or INCLINE buttons. After
the current period is completed, press the
RECORD button. The RECORD indicator will
darken. The new settings will then be stored in
the consoleÕs memory.
Watch your progress with the main display
and the BIOLOGIX display.

When the program is completed, remove the
key from the console.
Make sure that the treadmill is at the lowest
incline setting. Remove the key from the console
and store the key in a secure place. In addition,
press the on/off switch to the off position.
Follow the steps below to measure your body fat.
Plug in the power cord.
See step 1 on page 11.
Insert the key into the console.
See step 2 on page 11.
Press the BIOLOGIX START button.
When the button is pressed, the word
ÒBIOLOGIXÓ will appear in the LED matrix. Note:
If the incline of the treadmill is higher than 0%, it
will automatically decrease to 0%.
Enter your weight.
The words ÒENTER
WEIGHTÓ will appear in
the main display, the
ENTER WEIGHT indica-
tor will light, and the cur-
rent weight setting will
begin to flash in the BIOLOGIX display. If the
weight setting is correct, press the ENTER button. If
you have not entered your weight, press the
BIOLOGIX + and Ð buttons to enter your weight and
then press the ENTER button.
Enter your age.
After you have entered
your weight, the words
ÒENTER AGEÓ will
appear in the main dis-
play, the ENTER AGE
indicator will light, and
the current age setting will begin to flash in the
BIOLOGIX display. If the age setting is correct,
press the ENTER button. If you have not entered
your age, press the BIOLOGIX + and Ð buttons to
enter your age and then press the ENTER button.
