Select your response to individual calls

If you are operating on the USA or Canadian
channel banks, you can choose to respond to
incoming individual calls with an automatic or
manual response.

An automatic response sends an
acknowledgement and then sets the request
link channel, ready for a conversation.

A manual response asks if you want to
acknowledge the call, and then asks if you
want to converse with the caller.

1. Select DSC SETUP and press >ENT.

2. Move the cursor to INDV REPLY and press

>ENT.

3. Press >ENT again if you want to select AUTO

for an automatic response,

OR

move the cursor to MANUAL and then press

<ENT for a manual response.
