page with the desired frequency
appears.

4. Use the number keys to enter the

memory location number.

5. Press

6. Press

(cancel).

LOCKING/UNLOCKING A
STORED STATION

After storing your favorite stations, you
can lock any of them in memory. This
helps you avoid overwriting the station
if you accidentally use the receiver’s
ATS automatic store feature.

To lock or unlock a station, recall the
station, press

M/MEM

then press

.

appears (locked) or dis-

appears (unlocked).

MOVING A FREQUENCY
TO ANOTHER MEMORY
LOCATION

move a frequency to another memory
location on the same page. To move
the frequency to another memory lo-
cation on a different page, follow the
steps in “Storing FM, MW, or LW Fre-
quencies in Memory” on Page 27 or
“Storing SW Frequencies in Memory”
on Page 28.

1. Select a band (see “Selecting a

Band” on Page 18).

2. Recall the memory location num-

ber of the frequency you want to
move.

3. Press
