PROBLEM POTENTIAL
CAUSE
SOLUTION
Incorrect
temperature or
setting Adjust time or temperature.
Because your countertop oven is
smaller than your regular oven, it
will heat up faster and cook in
shorter periods of time. Overcooked/under
cooked foods
Rack placement Racks may need to be adjusted
to accommodate specific food
types.
Burnt smell Food build-up
inside oven, on
heating elements
or in crumb tray. Refer to “Cleaning Your Oven”
section.
Oven does not turn
on Unit is
unplugged.
Timer is not on.
Plug unit in to electrical outlet
Turn timer control to desired
setting.
Only one heating
element is heating Function setting
is on “WARM” Change function setting to
