Improve performance with the OMAX Chiller.

In the event that water temperature exceeds 60°F
on a seasonal or regular basis, shortened pump
seal life can occur. The Chiller cools water
supply for the pump which improves seal life.
Depending on the rating of the Chiller and
ambient conditions, the water temperature can
be lowered by 20° F to 40° F (11° C to 22° C).

Water from the OMAX system’s charge pump is
sent through the Chiller and returns to the pump.
A portion of the water is recirculated to the
waterjet’s internal charge tank to minimize usage.

24,000 BTU/hr Chillers are available

in 3 phase 460 VAC (7 amps)

36,000 BTU/hr Chillers are available

in 3 phase 230/380/460 VAC

Designed for 50° F to 125° F ambient

temperature (10° C to 52° C)

All wet-end components are made

from non-ferrous material

All connecting hardware supplied

Requirements

Inlet water fed to the OMAX pump is

required to be 60° F (16° C). If inlet
water temperature is above 60° F,
a Chiller will cool the water for the
pump.
