Compare your complexion with the skin tone range (A)
provided in this manual and/or on the package of the product
before using the appliance.
NATURALLY DARK SKIN
Do NOT use the appliance on naturally dark skin!
Using the appliance on dark skin can cause adverse effects such as burns,
blisters and changes in the colour of the skin (hyper or hypo-pigmentation).
SKIN COLOUR SENSOR
The appliance has a skin colour sensor (18) that measures the tone of the
skin in the area that is to be treated at the beginning of each session and
occasionally during the session. The skin colour sensor (18) ensures that
pulses are only emitted on suitable skin tones.
TANNED SKIN
Do NOT use the appliance on tanned skin or after recent
exposure to the sun and/or tanning beds! Such use can cause
serious burns, wounds, blisters and changes in the colour of
the skin (hyper or hypo-pigmentation).
