Test images for color cameras
The color cameras have 1 test image:
YUV4:2:2 mode
Mono8 (raw data)
The color camera outputs Bayer-coded raw data in Mono8 instead of (as
described in IIDC V1.31) a real Y signal.


The first pixel of the image is always the red pixel from the
sensor. (Mirror must be switched off.)
