3. Hold the battery at the finger grip and lift it out of the compartment.
Charging the Battery Pack
The installed battery pack charges automatically any time the computer is connected to the AC
adapter and an external power source. If this is your first time to use the battery, be sure to fully
discharge the battery and recharged until it is fully charged.
For fast charging of the battery, we recommend you to first power off the
system then start the charging operation under the following CPU type:
2.4G/FSB 533MHz/1M Cache and above
2.8G/FSB 800MHz/1M Cache and above
3.0G/FSB 800MHz/512K Cache and above
3.06G/FSB 533MHz/512K Cache and above
