After the ignitor is warmed up,

does the gas valve open?

Test for 24V at gas valve

during opening period (30-45

seconds after power to the

heater). Is there 24V to the

gas valve for 8 seconds?

No

The circuit board

harness is faulty

and should be

replaced.

Confirm that gas pressure is within maximum and minimum inputs

as indicated on the heater’s rating plate. Is gas pressure OK?
