3-2.2 Advanced Setup (Tenant Target Monitoring)

This functionality enables monitoring of specified tenants so that timely notifications of excessive

usage (per day/month/year) may be generated, and actions taken to notify customers promptly.

Figure 3-21: Chronicle Data Folder - Extract Tenant Target Point Addresses

Figure 3-22: Enter the Location and Password of SQL Server

1. Navigate to the ‘C:\Program Files\Innotech\Chronicle Data’ directory (‘C:\Program Files

(x86)\Innotech\Chronicle

Data’ on a 64 bit operating system).

2. Run the ‘ExtractTenantTargetPointAddresses.cmd’ file, and enter the location or IP Address

of the SQL Server, and the password for the Innotech login when prompted. Note: the IP

shown below is an example.

Setting up Tenant Target Monitoring requires that Chronicle Server has been configured and setup with a project,

and is logging data correctly. ATOM must also be commissioned first, with all tenants setup, and appropriate target

values set for each month per tenant.

After running through the basic setup and ensuring that all points are valid in FM, switch to iComm, modify the ‘iSEA

Monitoring’ connection’s ‘Address of last device’ to 3. This device may take up to 20 minutes to change Status to

‘Alive’ after adding tenants to ATOM.

This will create a file in the same directory called ‘Tenants.csv’, which may be opened with Notepad or Microsoft

Excel.
