12. Communications protocol
The communications protocol used by the HygroLog HL-NT is the same as for previous versions
of the HygroLog NT. For customers who for any reason cannot use the HW4 software, a
description of the HygroLog HL-NT communications protocol is available in document
Com_NT.pdf available directly from ROTRONIC or from our web site.
13. Firmware updates
Firmware updates require a return to the factory and cannot be done with the HW4.
