This appendix provides information for all of the events generated by HP 3PAR Recovery Manager
Software for Microsoft Exchange 2007.

• Verify that 3PAR VSS Provider is installed using
Add/Remove Programs.

If VSS Provider is installed, run vssadmin list

to check that HP 3PAR VSS Provider
Software is installed properly.
Some of the target volumes are not HP 3PAR virtual
volumes. All of the drives need to be HP 3PAR
drives.

Verify that all database and log destinations
belong to an HP 3PAR Storage System.
