Fax speed dials
Use this screen to manage the speed dials for the product. The following illustration shows the Fax
speed dials screen.
There are 100 speed dials (numbered 00–99) available on the device using the fax job screen. Speed
dials are listed on the fax screen by speed dial number, and the speed dial name is also displayed.
Speed dials can have multiple destination numbers, and use ( — ), ( * ), and ( # ) characters.

2 Edit or delete a speed
dial Shows the speed dial number and if the member is available.
3 Edit Speed Dial Click this button to bring up the edit fax speed dials Web page. Use this to change
a fax number or to add a fax number that is not in the Fax Address book.
4 Clear Speed Dial Click this button to clear a speed dial entry.
5 Clear All Click this button to clear all of the speed dial entries.
