An error dialog box similar to the following appears:
If you experience an unexpected internal error while using the HP 3PAR Management Console:
1.
Record the exact path and filename specified in the dialog box.
2.
Note the action or sequence of actions that you were performing prior to receiving the error
message.
3.
Contact your local service provider for technical support and services for instructions on
forwarding the error log file.
Managing Events
The Event Manager allows you to view system alerts for individual systems and all connected
systems, and individual system events.
Viewing Events
The Events screen provides an overview of the health of all connected systems.
To view the Events screen:
1.
In the Manager Pane, click Events & Alerts.
2.
In the Management Tree, click Storage Systems.
3.
In the Management Tree, click the name of the system you wish to view.
4.
In the Management Window, click the Events tab.
5.
Select the time frame for which you want to view events, then click Get Events.
The Events screen appears as follows:
