Changing/Creating/Naming Fields
STEP ACTION
1 Press MENU key until FIELD is displayed. Press
FIELD KEY.
2 Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to scroll to a different
field. To create a new field, press UP ARROW key until
“CREATE NEW FIELD” is displayed.
3 To name field:
3a Press RIGHT ARROW key.
3b Press UP or DOWN ARROW to set character.
3c Repeat Steps 3a-3b, Name can be 8 characters long.
3d Press ACCEPT key to accept name.
4 To change grain:
4a Press key to right of line displaying grain.
4b Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to set grain.
4c Press ACCEPT key to accept grain.
5 Press ACCEPT key to create or change field.
Changing /Creating/Naming Loads
STEP ACTION
1 Press MENU key until LOAD key is displayed. Press
LOAD key.
2 Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to scroll to a different
load. To create a new load, press UP ARROW key until
“CREATE NEW LOAD” is displayed.
3 To name load:
3a Press RIGHT ARROW key.
3b Press UP or DOWN ARROW to set character.
3c Repeat Steps 3a-3b, Name can be 8 characters long.
3d Press ACCEPT key to accept name.
4 Press ACCEPT key to create or change load.
Calibrating Temperature
STEP ACTION
1 Press MENU key until CAL is displayed. Press CAL key.
2 Press BOTTOM RIGHT ARROW key until TEMP is
displayed. Press TEMP key.
3 Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to set actual temperature.
4 Press PERFORM CAL key to calibrate temperature.
5 Press ACCEPT key to accept calibration.
6 Press EXIT key to return to main operating screen.
Calibrating Stop Height
STEP ACTION
1 Press MENU key until CAL key is displayed. Press CAL key.
2 Press BOTTOM RIGHT ARROW key until STOP HGT key is
displayed. Press STOP HGT key.
3 Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to select grain.
4 Press ENTER HEIGHT key.
5 Position header at height to shut off acre counting.
6 Press SET HEIGHT key. Press ACCEPT key.
7 Press EXIT key twice.
Calibrating Moisture
STEP ACTION
1 Harvest a load of grain.
2 Use reference tester to measure moisture (average many
samples).
3 Press MENU key until CAL key is displayed. Press CAL key.
Press MOISTURE key.
4 Use UP or DOWN ARROW key to select grain. Press ENTER
MOISTURE key.
5 Press key to right of field. Press UP or DOWN ARROW key
to change field. Press key to right of load. Press UP or DOWN
ARROW key to change to load that has an actual moisture.
6 Press key to right of line displaying “ACTUAL MOISTURE”.
Press UP or DOWN ARROW key to enter actual moisture.
7 Press PERFORM CAL key. Press ACCEPT key. Press EXIT
key two times to return to main operating screen.
NOTE: You must calibrate for each grain type. Calibrating moisture on
one load affects all moistures for all loads for that grain type.
