Digital Zoom in CAMCORDER Mode
✤ Zooming more than 10x is achieved digitally.
✤ The picture quality may deteriorate depending on how
much you zoom in on the subject.
✤ We recommend that you use the EIS feature with DIGITAL ZOOM for picture stability. (See
page 59)
1. Set the power switch to CAMCODER or CAMERA mode.
2. Press the MENU button.
■ The menu list will appear.
3. Turn the MENU DIAL to CAMCORDER and press the MENU DIAL.
4. Select RECORD SET from the sub-menu and press the MENU DIAL.
5. Select D.ZOOM from the sub-menu.
6. Press the MENU DIAL to setup the 100x, 200x, 400x, 800x digital zoom function or
to turn the feature OFF.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
