Select this when connecting this product to

Select this when connecting this product to

a TV that has the component input jack and

is capable of displaying the 1080i signal.

1080p

Select this when connecting this product to

a TV that has the component input jack and

is capable of displaying the 1080p signal.

HDMI 3D Setting

Select the output format of the right and left

images when connecting this product to a

3D TV with the HDMI cable.

 Auto

Normal setting (outputs the images

according to the TV, automatically).

Frame Packing

Outputs the right and left images in high

definition image quality as they were

recorded.

Side-by-Side

Halves the resolution of the right and left

images in high definition image quality, and

outputs the right and left images aligned

side by side.

HDMI Resolution

Select the output image resolution when

connecting this product to a TV with the

HDMI cable.

 Auto

Normal setting (outputs the signal according

to the TV automatically).

1080p

Outputs movies with a 1080p signal.

1080i

Outputs movies with a 1080i signal.

720p

Outputs movies with a 720p signal

480p (576p)

Outputs the 480p (576p) signal.

480i (576i)

Outputs the 480i (576i) signal.

Notes

When [

Frame Rate] is set to [60p] ([50p])

and [HDMI Resolution] is set to [720p] or

[480p] ([576p]), HDMI signals cannot be

output during recording.
