4 From the Help Improve Media Center screen, select whether or not you would
like to join the Customer Experience Improvement Program, then click
Next .
5 From the Enhanced Playback screen, you have the option of selecting to
connect to the internet and downloading additional media information.
On the Enhanced Playback screen, select Yes , and then click Next .
