Cannot turn the power on.
• Has the battery run out of power? Replace the battery with a new one.

• Is the AUTO POWER OFF function operating? (This function turns the
power off if there is no operation for 30 minutes when the unit is stopped

• You are trying to delete a file with the read-only file attribute. Connect the
unit to a computer and then delete the file from the computer.
Cannot divide a file.
• Is there free space in internal memory?
• Does the folder contain the maximum number of files that can be
recorded (199)?
If there are 199 files recorded, a file cannot be divided.
• Is the file recording time too short? A file length of approx. 2 seconds or
more is required to divide a file.
This unit is not recognised
when it is connected to a
computer.
• Is the operating system of the computer not supported by this unit?
