14 FIRMWARE UPDATES
14.1
Note: if icons are not displayed on the screen, press in
the same positions on screen as the missing icons to
select.
14.1.1 Switch on the oven.
14.1.2 Tap the top right of the screen (1) or the same
position if it is not displayed to bypass oven preheat.
14.1.3 Enter a password (i.e. “Manager”) and select OK
(2) or the same position if the green tick symbol is not
displayed.
14.1.4 Select the USB symbol (3) or the same position
if it is not displayed.
14.1.5 Select one of the USB options (4) or the same
position if it is not displayed: ‘Firmware’ for QTS & SRB
updates and ‘Recipe’ for Icons. Install the SRB update
fi rst, the QTS update second and Icons third or if you
have the Autoupd.ate fi le present on the USB be aware
that all fi les of your USB will be loaded and overwrites
the existing fi les. Also the Menu fi les must be saved
before uploading fi les. If you have a menu fi le on your
USB then the menu of the oven will be over written.
If you have no menu fi le on your USB the oven menu
stays as is.
14.1.6 Select the fi rmware to install and select OK (5)
to confi rm or the same position for the OK (green tick
symbol), if it is not displayed.
14.1.7 The update screen displays the fi le version
and product, select OK (green tick symbol) to
confi rm installation (6) or the same position if it is not
displayed.
