Job Operation in the Image Controller (Image Controller Hold)

[Custom Size Settings]
To use the custom size, register the custom paper size.
You can select the registered paper size from the [Paper Size] list.
Refer to page 6-27 for more detailed information on how to register
the paper size.

The custom size is displayed in the paper size list in [Per Page
Setting] and [Perfect Binding Settings].
[Feed Direction]
You can specify the feed direction.
[Type]
You can specify the paper type.
[Weight]
You can specify the paper weight.
[Weight Unit]
You can specify the weight unit.
[Color]
You can specify the paper color.
[Pre-Punched]
You can specify the punch settings.
[Full Bleed]
Check this to print with no margins. This is available if the paper size
is wider than the original size at least 5 mm in width and height.
[Output Mode]
You can specify the output mode (Print, Main Body Hold/Print, Main
Body Hold).
This setting is not retained even if you click [Save]. It is enabled only
when printing the job by pressing [Print] on the Print Setting screen.
[Secure Print]
Check this to add the password (within 8 alphanumeric characters)
to the job when sending it to the main body if [Main Body Hold] is
selected in [Output Mode].
You need to input the password in the control panel in the main body
to print the job.

to the job when sending it to the hold queue in the image controller
if [Print] is selected in [Output Mode].
You can not print the secure print job if [Main Body Hold/Print] is se-
lected in [Output Mode].

when printing the job by clicking [Print] on the Print Setting screen.
[Number of Copies]
You can specify the number of copies.
[User Auth/Account Track]
Click this to set the user authentication information if the User Au-
thentication/Account Track function is enabled in the main body.
[Specify Print Range]
You can specify the print range.
This setting is not retained even if you click [Save]. It is enabled only
when printing the job by clicking [Print] on the Print Setting screen.
Preview image
Displays the preview image of the settings of [Layout and Finishing],
[Finish-Fold], and [Sort/Group].
