Adjusting the Tone Curve of the Job in the Image Controller

The tone curve for each job can be adjusted for Image Controller Hold jobs.

This is a convenient function when reprinting the job after adjusting the tone curve only.

In order to use this function, Color Centro software needs to be installed on your computer.

In order to adjust the tone curve for the secure print job in the hold queue in the image controller, use
both Color Centro and image controller that support the secure print job.

When you adjust the tone curve for the secure print job in the hold queue in the image controller, unlock
the password for the secure print job using Job Centro.

[Tone Curve Adjustment] screen

The layout of the [Tone Curve Adjustment] screen is as follows.

Description

[Sample Picture Name]

Displays the job name.

[Select Sample]

This function cannot be used when adjusting the tone curve in Job
Centro.

[Tone Curve Name]

Displays the name of the tone curve. For the tone curve adjusted for
each job, [Job Tone Curve] is displayed.

[Load Tone Curve]

Displays the [Tone Curve Management] screen and selects the tone
curve to be loaded. In the [Tone Curve Management] screen, man-
agement operations of tone curves are conducted.

[Before Adjustment]

Displays the image before the tone curve adjustment.

[After Adjustment]

Displays the image after the tone curve adjustment. The adjust-
ments are displayed in the screen as they are being made.

When there are multiple pages in a job, enter the page number you
wish to view, or press the following buttons in order to select the
page to be displayed.
[<<]: Displays the first page.
[<]: Displays the previous page.
[>]: Displays the next page.
[>>]: Displays the last page.

[CCW]

Rotates the image 90 degrees counterclockwise.
