2.1.2 Version of Job Centro
Job Centro has two versions as follows:
- A version that supports the secure print job in the hold queue in the image controller
- A version that does not support the secure print job in the hold queue in the image controller
When both the image controller and the Job Centro support the secure print job, you can operate the secure
print job in the hold queue in the image controller.
In addition, the updated version of Job Centro and the upgraded of the image controller are released simul-
taneously. When the version of Job Centro does not match to the image controller, an application error mes-
sage is displayed and Job Centro cannot connect to the image controller. If you encounter such error
message, please contact our service representative.
