12.3.4 Network Fax Error Code
If the machine encounters a problem while sending or receiving a network fax, an error dialog will appear and
error codes will be displayed in Nxx format. Take corrective actions by referring to the table below.
Transmission system error code
R79 Turn the main power off, and then turn it on again.
R93 • After checking with the sender, register a Confidential User Box for confidential recep-
tion.
• Check the password for the Confidential User Box.
R94 • After checking with the recipient, register a Relay User Box for relay distribution.
• Check the password for the Relay User Box.
R95 Check Forward TX Setting.
R96 Inform the recipient of the correct number for the Confidential User Box.
R97 Check PC-Fax RX Setting.
R99 Turn the main power off, and then turn it on again.
