Problems related to User List

Description of problem

Action

When "Import from a device" is
selected in the "User List" or "Ac-
count Track List", an error occurs,
and data cannot be imported
properly.

Check that the device is powered on.

To import data from the target device, the settings of "De-
vice Information Settings" page in Device List must match
those specified on the device.
Check the settings of the "Device Information Settings"
page in Device List.
If the setting is incorrect, a part of the information may be
imported.
• Error (SNMP): Check the SNMP settings for the relevant

device or the settings of "Device Information Settings"
page in Device List.

• Error (HTTP): Check the HTTP settings or WebDAV set-

tings for the relevant device or the settings of "Device In-
formation Settings" page in Device List.

• Error (FTP): Check the FTP settings for the relevant de-

vice or the settings of "Device Information Settings"
page in Device List.

• Error (Other): Import data from the device again. Other-

wise, check the settings of the "Device Information Set-
tings" page in Device List.

In the IPv6 environment, use a global address.
Some functions may not be available if any address other
than the global address is used.
