The Header Position is set in [Header Information] in the Utility mode.
Multiple transmission source names can also be registered. For Header
Information, refer to “Registering transmission source name and fax
number (Header Information)” on page 10-51.
For setting methods of attaching Fax Header, refer to “Specifying the
method of setting the transmission source/reception information (Head-
er/Footer Position)” on page 10-55.

For North American model, [OFF] cannot be specified in Header Position.
