3. 6. 3 “In Use” Indicator
Even if the KIP Color 80 is printing, it may be allowed to open a Roll Deck for replacing the roll
media without interrupting the printing operation. Whether a certain Roll Deck can be opened or
not during printing is shown by the “In Use” Indicator on the Media & Toner Information Panel.
• The “In Use” Indicator lights orange when the corresponding Roll Deck can not be opened.
• The “In Use” Indicator does off when the corresponding Roll Deck can be opened for
replacing the roll media.
Roll Deck 1 can be opened.
Roll Decks 2, 3 & 4 can not be opened.
