Menu operations

You can make the following settings with [SOUND SETTINGS].
• Setting the type of button operation sounds and volume. (BEEP)
• Selecting the sound and volume of the shutter button. (SHUTTER SOUND)
• Adjusting the volume of the camera warning sound. (

• Adjusting the volume during playback. (

• You can set all the sounds muted at once by setting [SILENT MODE].

1 2 on the arrow pad to adjust the

volume.

• You can select [OFF] or adjust in 5 steps from

1 to 5.

Viewing pictures immediately

OFF

The picture being recorded is not displayed. This is useful when you
want to prepare for your next shot while the previous picture is being
recorded.

ON

The picture being recorded is displayed. This is useful when you want
to quickly review the last picture taken. You can resume shooting while
the picture is still being displayed.
• Select [ON] to set whether to display the image on the monitor or

viewfinder during recording.
LCD ONLY

Pictures that are being recorded will always be

displayed on the monitor.

CURRENT

Pictures that are being recorded will be displayed on

the viewfinder when the viewfinder is used and on the

monitor when the monitor is used.

LCD ONLY

This always displays the menu on the monitor.

CURRENT

This displays the menu on the viewfinder when the viewfinder is used
and on the monitor when the monitor is used.

The function menu is displayed on the monitor or in the viewfinder.

ON

The control panel is displayed on the monitor.
