The computer uses TOSHIBA’s advanced Large Scale Integration (LSI),

Slots The slot accepts 256, 512 or 1,024 MB memory
modules, which can be installed in the two
memory slots for a maximum of 2,048 MB
system memory.
Video RAM Maximum 64 MB of RAM is provided for video
display.
