insert the lower thread in the finger of the bobbin case (p. 37)

when using Buttonhole foot No. 3A, the length of the button-
hole is automatically registered by the lens on the foot = exact
duplication and automatic sequence change when the maximum
length has been sewn
Marking the keyhole buttonhole
• mark the bead length only. The correct eye length will be added
when the buttonhole is sewn.
