Close the service door. Open the service door and
empty the internal drip tray. Insert the coff ee grounds
drawer and the internal drip
tray.
Close the bean hopper inner
cover. Remove the water tank and
fi ll it.

serted into the machine. Insert the milk carafe to start
brewing. Open the milk dispenser of the
carafe to brew products. Close the milk dispenser of the
carafe to start the rinsing cycle
of the carafe. Fill the coff ee beans hopper .

Remove and empty the coff ee
grounds drawer with the ma-
chine turned on. The machine needs to be des-
caled. Go to the Maintenance
menu to select and start the
cycle. Replace the “Intenza” water
fi lter with a new one. An event has occurred which requires the machine restart. Take
note of the code (E xx) shown at the bottom. Switch off the ma-
chine, wait 30 seconds and then switch it on again. If the prob-
lem persists, Philips SAECO hotline in your country and inform
them the code shown in the display.
