Commissioning

4.1

Turning on the machine

1. Connect the power cable to the wall socket. When the

machine is operational, you hear two ’beeps’.

2. Make sure that the emergency stop is released.
3. Set the computer switch to ‘ON’.
4. Run the software program.

4.2

First use

1. Fill the brush container. See § 3.3.2.
2. Fill the canisters correctly. See § 3.3.4.
3. Bleed the canister pump. See § 4.3.
4. Dispense approximately 120 ml colorant into a can. See §

3.2.1.

5. Do step 4 again for all canisters.

4.3

Bleeding a canister pump

1. Bleed the canister pump. Use the software program.

Note
For the unpacking and installation procedures, refer
to the separate installation instruction sheets.

Note
When the machine is operational, you hear a
’beep’ sound twice.

Note
First the air will come out of the nozzle. When
the output is continuous, the tube is filled.

Note
Before the first use it is important that all air is
removed from all individual canister pumps.

Note

If the software program does not have a
function for bleeding the canister pump:

Purge the canister pump until no more air
bubbles come out of the nozzle.
