3 Remove the top of the new ink cartridge’s plastic bag by peeling off the tape in the
middle. Then twist the cartridge to remove it from the packaging.
4 Slide the cartridge in and push it down so it snaps into place.
5 Close the printer cover.
6 Clean the print head, as explained in the next section.
Note: Never remove the cartridges for long periods, because the print head
could be damaged if it is stored without the ink cartridges.
IMPORTANT Make sure these numbers match.
If you mix up the colors, the printer won’t print as it should.
