The aerial platform is equipped with several gauges to
monitor the condition of the machine before and during
operation.
Hour Meter
The hour meter is located on the upper control panel
(refer to Figure 5.1). It measures the accumulated aerial
platform operating time.

The LED’s are visible on the battery tray (refer to Figure
5.2).
• 50% LED blinking – indicates that the batteries are
0% to 50% charged.
• 75% LED blinking – indicates that the batteries are
50% to 75% charged.
• 100% LED blinking – indicates that the batteries are
75% to 100% charged.
• All three LED solid On – indicates that the charge
cycle is complete
Battery Condition Indicator
The battery condition indicator (refer to Figure 5.3) is
located on the upper control panel. The LCD display
shows the accumulated aerial platform operating time
and the available battery power to operate the machine,
when the battery disconnect and emergency stop switch
are in the on position.
