4.9 Entering mounting parameters
To facilitate remounting the mounting parameters can be recorded.
1. Enter the mounting parameters in the tables.
4.9.1 Microscope and adapter
1. Undo the screw on the Z-module holder.
2. Align the Z-module on the scale of the
microscope adapter and tighten the
screw.
1. Undo the screw on the angle head.
2. Align the angle head on the scale of the
X-module.
