6.11 Speed function
In the Speed menu you can set the size of the working range and the speed at which
certain positions are approached or movements executed.
6.11.1 Speed menu and parameters

6.11.2 Setting the parameter for Speed
1. Select the desired parameter.
2. Set the value for the parameter.
3. Close the menu.

Coarse Set size in μm 5 – 12500 5 6000
Fine Set size in μm 5 – 2000 5 250
X-fine Set size in μm 0 – 600 1 80
Step inj. speed Set speed in μm per second 5 – 10000 5 300
Position speed Set speed in μm per second 5 – 10000 5 1500
Home speed Set speed in μm per second 5 – 10000 5 7500
If a value of 0 is set for the parameter X-fine , then the option of changing
between the Fine and X-fine working ranges is deactivated.
