The Mastercycler

gradient is programmed in accordance
with the operating manual for these devices. The in situ Adapter is treated
by the Mastercycler

and Mastercycler

gradient like all other tube types
(i.e. for the in situ PCR, "in situ" is selected instead of the tube types
"0.2 ml", "0.5 ml" and "plate"). Specific settings for the adapter are thus
selected.
During such programming, please observe that the temperature of the
sample (TUBE) is regulated. The lid heating
switches off automatically
(corresponds to LID=0°), irrespective of the entry in the LID field.
Up to four glass slides can be attached to the carrier
