– Prepare the glass slides (sample, reagents and sealing method) and
place them onto the metal carriers.

manner. The desired in situ program is then selected. As an in situ
program must contain the CNTRL-TUBE command, the tube type
"in situ" should be selected in the following menu using the key and
the program should be started by pressing :
