3.2 User Groups
The communicator system users can be divided into user groups. The 2N Helios IP
®
user groups allow for an easier bulk assignment of access rights to multiple users.
When establishing a new configuration, you are recommended to create one user group

Creating user group
Go to the tab. User Groups
Display the context menu in the item list. Create group
Enter the user group name.
Press
to confirm the user group creation. Create
Assigning Users to Group
Add or remove users to/from users groups in the folder. The list to the left Users
shows the selected users and the list to the right shows the remaining users who are
not assigned to this group. Move the users with the arrow buttons placed between the
lists.
